Deardorf Property Management, Inc is a family-owned business that has managed a variety of rental properties in Indiana, Michigan and Ohio since 1984.
We manage rental communities for individuals, families and seniors. Our senior communities are designed to accommodate 62 years or older, or disabled regardless of age.
Our properties include Rural Development financed properties, properties utilizing the Low Income Tax Credit Program and conventional properties. All properties accept Section 8 Vouchers issued by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
